DESCRIPTION:
Devenports North Head is a historic and amazing place featuring some of New Zealands war tunnels, and large artillary from World war 2. This place offers a lovely walk with stunning views, people of all ages and abilities can enjoy. With an incredibly interesting past and deep dark underground tunnels you can explore with your mates, North Head is the place to visit!
PRICE INCLUDES: (for a full day)
Free for everybody, every day, all year. open from 6Am-8Pm for vehicles and 6Am-10Pm for pedestrians.
DON'T FORGET:
Keep dogs on a leash, watch for sudden drops and holes, respect the historic area and take all rubbish you bring home with you.
OUR TIPS:
We recommend Taking lots of water, closed walking shoes and a camera. There can be alot of walking involved and you dont want to miss some awesome photo oppertunities.
