Auckland war memorial Museum is not only an incredible building in its self, it is home to some of the pasts greatest wonders! Whether your interested in dinosaurs, war, sea life, volcanoes, maori history and even Aucklands past this place has it all and more! The staff are lovely offering assistance when needed and the cafe offers some delicious food and drink. So if you want to learn something new, develop what you already know or get some study done in the museum library we highly recommend you visit this place. It never gets boring and it is a lovely and peaceful experiance for both kids, teens and adults.

We recommend leaving your bag in a locker near the front door. Bring a gold coin for locker use but this is refunded after return of the key.
